Nov. 5-15th – Volusia County Fair – Livestock, live entertainment, rides, food, competitions and more! For more information, visit: http://www.volusiacountyfair.com

Nov. 7th – Hootenanny attendees will enjoy food prepared by area restaurants, live music by the band, Saloonatix, dancing, mechanical bull rides, and a silent and live auction. For more information:

Nov. 14-15th – More than 120 artists and crafters from around the state will display their work at the 25th annual Flamingo Follies Holiday Art Show along Flagler Avenue from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.

Nov. 26th – Turkey Day Beach 5K – The race course begins on the beach in front of the boardwalk at the Flagler Avenue Beach approach in New Smyrna Beach. Race start time is promptly 9am. Runners, walkers, and joggers of all skill levels are welcome to participate, with registration starting at 8am, and the race starting at 9am. Medals in 84 categories and two overall plaques will be awarded, as well as prizes for the best costumes and free t-shirts!

Nov. 27th – Spark the Spirit – Canal Street Historic District brings the spirit of the holidays to Christmas Park, which is located at the corner of Live Oak & Canal Street from 5 to 7:30 p.m. This family friendly event is the kick off of Christmas on Canal Street with a tree lighting ceremony, live entertainment, and Santa’s grand entrance!
